Курьерская служба UPS: Таможенное оформление посылки и СМС от UPS-broker.ru
Курьерскими службами UPS, DHL Express и Fedex стараюсь никогда не пользоваться именно из-за того, что возникают проблемы с их собственными лимитами ниже 500 евро и платным таможенным оформлением.
Пару лет назад пришлось воспользоваться UPS и DHL Express. Для последнего потребовалось распечать договор, подписать его и отправить по почте скан. У UPS (Ю Пи Эс / УПС / ЮПС) всё было намного проще. Хотя меня смущал тот факт, что пришло странное сообщение с логином и паролем для сайта UPS-broker.ru, который выглядел (и до сих пор выглядит), очень примитивно.
Таможенное оформление необходимо при получении посылок, доставляемых любой курьерской службой из-за рубежа. Это касается не только UPS, DHL Express, Fedex, но и SPSR Express, Boxberry и собственных курьерских служб почтовых посредников (мейлфорвардеров). Для таможенного оформления потребуются паспортные данные (а иногда и скан паспорта). Также могут потребовать инвойс (подтверждение заказа в магазине) и банковскую выписку.
СПСР Экспресс, Боксберри и собственные курьерские службы почтовых посредников осуществляют таможенное оформление бесплатно, если вы не превысили беспошлинный лимит в размере 500 евро, 31 кг в месяц при доставке товаров для личного использования.
В случае с UPS, услуга по таможенному оформлению грузов, стоимость которых не превышает эквивалент 200 евро в день и 500 евро /31кг в месяц, оказывается за счет грузоотправителя. Об этом упоминается и на сайте UPS-broker.ru.
Рекомендую запросить стоимость услуг у таможенного брокера UPS-broker, т.к. на сайте в открытом доступе нет тарифов. При такой стоимости товара и доставки наверняка будет иметь смысл оплатить таможенное оформление. Если документы не будут предоставлены, то товар в конце концов вернётся в магазин. При этом вовсе не факт, что вернут стоимость доставки.
В следующий раз при заказе в США можете рассмотреть не прямую доставку, а через американского почтового посредника. Конечно прямая доставка имеет свои плюсы, в том числе проще справляться с проблемами при доставке или браке. Но доставить посылку весом 1 фунт из США во многие города России курьерской службой можно за 15-25 долларов. Опционально можно заказать страховку, которая обходится в 3% от стоимости товара, фотографирование на складе почтового посредника.
Если заказываете на американском Амазоне, то вместо более дорогой доставки AmazonGlobal Priority Shipping можно выбрать доставку при помощи AmazonGlobal Expedited Shipping. При доставке последней используется либо СПСР Экспресс, либо Шиптор в связке с ДПД или Грастин. В любом случае посылки AmazonGlobal Expedited Shipping не требуют платного таможенного оформления, разве что Амазон решит за ту же стоимость предоставить доставку «классом выше», воспользовавшись DHL Express или UPS.

Беспошлинный таможенный лимит при доставке посылок в Россию снижен с 1000 евро до 500 евро.
