Я думаю, что не будет эта программа работать в тех моделях, где запись с линии заблокирована в прошивке.

I LOVE this app! it’s super easy to use. I literally have to do NOTHING! it records every call automatically and every call is super clear and understandable.
Great recording capabilities. We use this app on several business mobile phones to voice documents for quality control and customer relations. Used recording twice for legal proceedings. Crystal clear and exports beautifully.

I’ve deleted a recording. Can you bring it back?
No. Cube ACR call recorder does not have access to the recording on your device, nor do we have any copies. We recommend you back up your recordings in the cloud from time to time.
Can I record a call I’m already on?
Yes, you can. If you are on a call and want to start recording you can open tap the Cube ACR app recording widget to initiate a new recording.
How can I download the recording to my computer?
Simply connect your phone to your PC via a USB cable and navigate to the Cube ACR folder with the recordings to copy them. Alternatively, you can send your recording to the cloud storage of your choice.
Is it legal for me to record calls?
Each country has its own laws and regulations regarding the recording of telephone conversations. Please consult your local legislation. Cube call recorder ACR is not responsible for any law violations by its users regarding phone conversation recordings.
Does Cube ACR app support Android 10/11?
To ensure that the Cube ACR call recorder starts with every call, try disabling the battery optimization for Cube call recorder. Go to the Cube ACR menu > miscellaneous settings > go to battery optimization. Open the list of ‘all apps’. Find the Cube ACR app and disable battery optimization for it.
No recordings occur with the error message ‘recording failed: audio source or storage failure’
Make sure your phone recording audio source is set to ‘voice call (software)’ (Android 6-9) or ‘voice recognition (software)’ (Android 10-11).
If this does not help, check if you have any other call recording app installed on your device (including the default, pre-installed recording functionality), or any voice assistant is used (Google Assistant, Bixby, Alice), or WiFi calling is enabled. Disable them for a test.
I can’t hear the interlocutor in recordings (Android 9)
In case you hear only yourself on the recording make sure that your Cube app is up to date. Make sure your phone recording audio source is set to ‘voice communication (software)’. Also, try increasing phone recording clarity to the max.
Can’t hear the interlocutor when on Bluetooth/headset (Android 9-11)
Unfortunately, the fix we found to work around Google’s call recording limitations on Android 9-11 will not work for calls using a headset.
The recordings have the name of a wrong contact in the title
Make sure that accessibility services are enabled on your device. Please go to Cube menu > miscellaneous > go to app connector settings > enable app connector.
The app says I can’t record VoIP calls
Not all devices are able to record VoIP calls due to the hardware limitations and this can’t be fixed on a software level. Try ignoring VoIP-check option in the recording settings of Cube, but if this does not help, uncheck this option.
The recordings quality is very low
Make sure you have set the correct audio source for the phone calls: ‘voice communication (software)’ ( Android 9)/ ‘voice recognition (software)’ (Android 10-11).
Make sure battery optimization is disabled: go to the Cube ACR app menu > miscellaneous settings > go to battery optimization. Open the list of ‘all apps’. Find Cube ACR and disable battery optimization for it.
Next, try increasing phone recording auto delay to 5 seconds, and setting the recording clarity to the max.
Why is my premium not activated?
Our subscriptions are connected to your Play Store account. Please make sure that you’re installing Cube ACR call recorder from Google Play Store using the account you’ve purchased the paid subscription. This account should be used as the default on your device. If you checked your account and it seems OK, please try to reinstall the app.
How to record WhatsApp calls using the Cube call recorder ACR?
Simply start or take the call via WhatsApp, and the Cube ACR app widget will be activated to record the call automatically.
Can I use the Cube ACR app as a Viber call recorder?
Yes, you can. The Cube ACR app widget is activated and starts recording the Viber call automatically when it’s initiated.
