Независимо от частоты выплат размер платежа остается фиксированным в течение срока действия кредита. Однако сумма основного долга и процентов по кредиту меняются в течение срока погашения кредита.

Используя кредит, описанный в предыдущем примере, определите сумму аннуитетного платежа, если банк требует от компании ежеквартальных выплат.
В данном случае используется видоизмененная Формула 11 для расчета приведенной стоимости с промежуточным начислением процентов:

Первым шагом в решении этой задачи является вычисление суммы аннуитетного платежа по кредиту. Этот расчет делается аналогично приведенным выше примерам:
Каждый платеж состоит из процентной составляющей и суммы частичного погашения основной суммы кредита, при этом выплата основного долга должна быть запланирована, чтобы полная сумма кредита была погашена к концу 5 года.
