Что такое шафл?
и почему он так популярен
Шафл — очень зрелищный танец, который изначально состоял из быстрых «шаркающих» движений ногами, создавая иллюзию парения и скольжения танцора. С годами приобрел много вариантов исполнения, оброс большим количеством элементов и продолжает развиваться. Сегодня шафл танцуют под самую разную музыку, и по этому он переживает второе рождение и взрывную популярность в интернете.

Именно танцуя очень много людей находят свою вторую половину. Девушки обожают когда парни умеют танцевать, а парням нравятся красиво танцующие девушки. Преимущество шафла в том, что он смотрится уместно в рамках большинства танцевальных мероприятий и музыкальных стилей. Даже если ты исполнишь всего пару базовых движений на вечеринке, то ты уже будешь сильно выделяться среди прочих, привлекая внимание и интерес противоположного пола
Освоить Cutting Shapes (Melbourne Shuffle)
Мельбурн шаффл (Melbourne shuffle) — это стиль танца, который произошел в конце 80-х годов в Австралии, в андеграунд-сцене города Мельбурн. Это быстрые, типичные для джаза танцевальные движения (стэп), но на «современный» лад, и танцуют его под разнообразные стили электронной танцевальной музыки. [Wiki]
Изначально, в конце 80-х годов, в Мельбурне шаффл танцевали под acid house и обычный хаус (классический). В начале 90-х годов его начали танцевать под Trance, тогда же и увеличилась скорость этого танца. В 2007 году в Мельбурне его уже начали танцевать под hard trance, hardstyle, hard house, tribal house, техно и hard techno.
Со временем движение шаффлеров начало возвращатся к первоначальному стилю (Oldschool) и его уже начали танцевать под nu-house. Движение стало особенно популярно в Голландии и Британии под названием Cutting Shapes.
А теперь за дело:
Я перерыл пол интернета в поисках нормальных обучалок / школ по Шаффлу, но как оказалось, это танцевально движение как росло на «улицах» так и растет) Какого то четко обозначенного стиля вроде бы как и нет, но я для себя выделил несколько моментов:
1) Я буду изучать Oldschool вариант (как я его понимаю). Что это значит: движения более плавные, больше скольжений и Тшки;
2) Running Man через пятку;
3) Движения не размашистые, а скорее мелкий футворк;
4) Больше Т-шки и Чарлстона;
5) Музыка все же house, а не кислота 🙂

Я уже собрал себе подборку обучалок и нашел клад музыки. Буду выкладывать по ходу и себя снимать по возможности.
Критерий завершения
Все просто: освоить базовые движения танца + научится их комбинировать во время импровизации на средней скорости.

Экологичность цели
Танцы это вообще круто, особенно такие в которых нет границ! К тому же это всегда заряд позитива 🙂

Этот этап посвящен основным движениям из которых строится все остальное. Хвала Богам их не так много и они на первый взягляд довольно простые.
Занимаясь хотя бы по 15мин в день за месяц должен освоить.
