Комиссия за перевыпуск карты
Добрый день! Произошла смена фамилии по браку, соответственно пришла в Сбербанк менять карты с новой фамилией. Когда вызвали к сотруднику, сразу уточнила, будет ли перевыпуск платный (т.к. у меня 2 карты). Сотрудник сказала, нет, будет бесплатный. Далее, когда она зашла в программу, начала перевыпускать карты была такая реакция сотрудницы:»Ой, перевыпуск будет платный, 150 рублей за карту». Я была возмущена, я карту не потеряла, у меня ее не украли. За что я должна была платить? В итоге поздно было отказываться, перевыпуск сделали.
Пришла получать карты, у меня списали непонятную комиссию за перевыпуск одной карты 150 рублей, за перевыпуск другой карты 60 рублей, ещё списали 500 рублей. Я не поняла за что? Позвонив на горячую линию банка, мне сказали, что у меня карта с индивидуальным дизайном и за это сняли 500 рублей. Про это естественно сотрудник при перевыпуске карт и словом не обмолвилась. Прошу вернуть мне денежные средства и за перевыпуск карт, и за индивидуальный дизайн! Моей вины нет в том, что в Сбербанке, в таком крупнейшем банке, сотрудники некомпетентны и творится такой бардак.
Эту претензию я оставила на официальном сайте Сбербанка 26.08.2017 года. Сначала ответили, что предоставят ответ до 30.08, затем, что продлят на 6 дней, затем ответили, что продлят до 10 дней. Ответ я получила: «Уважаемая Анастасия Валерьевна, Ваше обращение рассмотрено.

29.06.2017 02:10:57 с Вашей карты ****8377 списаны комиссии за перевыпуск в размере 150 руб. и за индивидуальный дизайн в размере 500 руб. По тарифу обслуживания карты Visa Classic с индивидуальным дизайном за перевыпуск взимается комиссия в размере 150 руб. и 500 руб. за изготовление новой карты с индивидуальным дизайном.
Решение
У банка нет оснований для отмены комиссии за индивидуальный дизайн и перевыпуск карт.
Основание принятого решения
Выпуск и обслуживание банковских карт ПАО Сбербанк производится в соответствии с «Условиями использования карт ПАО Сбербанк (далее – Условия), Памяткой Держателя карт ПАО Сбербанк, Памяткой по безопасности при использовании карт, Заявлением на получение карты, Тарифами банка (п.1.1. Условий), которые в совокупности являются заключенным между клиентом и банком договором о выпуске и обслуживании международных карт (далее – Договор).
Условия Договора определены банком в стандартной форме, соответствующей нормам Гражданского права Российской Федерации, и рассматриваются как предложение банка. Физическое лицо, подписав стандартную форму (Заявление-Условия), дает свое согласие на обслуживание в рамках установленных условий. В соответствии с п.3.5. условий использования банковских карт ПАО Сбербанк держатель карты обязуется возместить банку платы, предусмотренные тарифами банка. Информация о тарифах и условиях использования банковских карт хранится в открытом доступе на официальном сайте.

Ответ меня не устраивает! Проблема моя решена не была. Разве моя вина, что сотрудники такого крупного банка не знают тарифов своего же банка? Разве сотрудник является компетентным,дезинформируя клиента?
Т.е. Сбербанк считает, что это нормально говорить клиенту сначала, что да, перевыпуск карты бесплатный, потом «ой, платный» (что значит «ой?»). И забыть вообще упомянуть, что перевыпуск карты с индивидуальным дизайном тоже платный?

Пластиковая карта выдаётся клиенту на определённо время, любой финансовой организации. После окончания этого времени, необходимо заказывать новую карту Сбербанка. В противном случае использование по назначению невозможно.
Если на банковской карте указана дата, например, 09.16, то 1-го сентября карта будет выпушена автоматически. При этом приходить не обязательно именно 1-го числа, но и задерживаться не стоит, Сбербанке её долго хранить не будут.
Если вы не можете обратиться именно в тот филиал банка, где был приобретён продукт, тогда можно обратиться в другое отделение. При этом нужно написать заявление, в котором вы укажите, до какого офиса нужно доставить карту. Тогда перевыпуск карты Сбербанка затянется на 1-2 недели.
Обязательно проверьте заполненные реквизиты, после чего подтверждаете заявку.
