В современных реалиях сложно представить себе смартфон без приложений. Так или иначе все мы хоть раз заходили в App Store — фирменный магазин от компании Apple. По долгу профессии я захожу сюда по несколько раз за день, и знаете, я думаю, что среди всех площадок с приложениями этот — лучший. Все четко, понятно, нет никакого кликбейта, как в Google Play. Чистота и порядок. Однако без нюансов все равно не обошлось. Многие пользователи не знают как привязать карту, проверить актуальные подписки, сталкиваются с другими трудностями. Сегодня предлагаю разобраться во всех деталях App Store и ответить на самые популярные вопросы.
Для многих пользователей App Store — дремучий лес.
В прошлом мы уже рассказывали как Apple удается содержать свой магазин приложений в чистоте и порядке. Будьте уверены, задача не из простых. Оказалось, что купертиновцам приходится нанимать достаточно большое количество сотрудников, которые после проверки алгоритмами просматривают весь софт лично. Хотите взглянуть, как может быть иначе? Что такое App Store
Для большинства яблочных устройств, App Store — единственный источник, из которого вы можете установить софт. Однако на Mac, например, можно без проблем установить программу почти из любого другого источника. К слову говоря, часто новоиспеченные владельцы компьютеров Apple думают, что приложения здесь дорогие и поэтому пользоваться ими почти невозможно. Так вот, это неправда.
App Store — не единственный способ загрузить приложение на Mac.
Помимо различных приложений, в App Store можно найти еще много полезных статей. Конечно, перевод на русский язык иногда у них хромает, но все же. Я регулярно проверяю новые материалы, затем тестирую самостоятельно и рассказываю вам про опыт использования той или иной фичи. Например, недавно я вдохновился материалом по поводу использования Apple Pencil и рассказал вам о своем опыте.
Как привязать карту в App Store
На дворе уже 2021 год, а многие пользователи до сих пор избегают оплаты покупок в интернете. Мне такой подход непонятен по нескольким причинам. Во-первых, разработчики приложений — обычные люди, которые кушают хлеб и ходят за одеждой в ТЦ (не забудьте про QR-код). Не хотите платить — будет реклама. Причем без права выбора.
Чтобы привязать кредитную или дебетовую карту к Apple ID вам необходимо:
Настройки, Apple ID.
Добавьте карту для оплаты.
Принимаются карты Visa, MasterCard, American Express и, с недавнего времени, карты МИР. Так что проблем возникнуть не должно. Если с привязкой возникнут какие-то проблемы, то, скорее всего проблема заключается в следующем:

Забыл пароль в Apple ID
Забыли пароль от Apple ID? Ничего страшного.
Пароль от Apple ID каждый пользователь должен знать, как свои пять пальцев. Если вы замечаете тенденцию к забыванию паролей от разных учетных записей, обратите внимание на соответствующие приложения, которые смогут облегчить вам жизнь. В любом случае, если вы имеете доступ к iPhone, паниковать не стоит.

Как отменить подписку на айфоне
Давайте будем честными: одна треть всех подписок оформляется пользователями только на пробный период. Хочется написать текст с нравоучениями, но заниматься этим будем не здесь.

А вообще, рекомендую ознакомиться с разными подписками заранее. Почитать про Apple Music, который имеет ряд преимуществ по сравнению с другими сервисами. Прежде чем оформиться в Apple TV+ ознакомьтесь с Кинопоиском. Я пользовался и тем, и другим. Отечественный продукт мне понравился больше.
Списали деньги за подписку Apple
Так, ну, во-первых, не удивляемся. Никто ваши средства не воровал. В конце концов в Apple не дураки сидят. Они предпочитают действовать по-другому и просто делают биоразлагаемые оригинальные провода. Основная причина неожиданного списания средств — ваша невнимательность.
Многие приложения сейчас специально устанавливают бесплатный пробный период в течение короткого промежутка времени, насильно просят вас подписаться сразу после скачивания, а когда проходит срок пробного периода, списывают деньги с вашей карты.
Выход на будущее один — регулярно проверять все подписки согласно инструкции, которую мы изложили выше. Тем не менее иногда случается, что вы наотрез не помните как подписались на то или иное приложения, попробуйте сначала просмотреть историю покупок. Если не сработало, подойдет данный способ:

В качестве дополнительной информации укажите все как есть. Скорее всего, купертиновцы пойдут вам на встречу. Поверьте, лучше попробовать один раз, чем потом переживать, что не попробовали.
Как покупать приложения в App Store
Сегодня мы собрались здесь, чтобы обсудить все детали, касающихся покупок в App Store. По этой причине важно сказать, что деньги могут списываться разными способами. Apple будет стараться как только может, до последнего. Это актуально для тех, кто не оплатил покупку, но сервис до сих пор работает.
Я часто покупаю приложения в App Store. Еще чаще на них не хватает денег.
Когда вы покупаете товары или оплачиваете подписку, для списания средств Apple пытается воспользоваться способами оплаты в следующем порядке:
Apple пытается списать средства для уплаты всей суммы с вашего счета Apple ID.
Если у вас нет средств на счете Apple ID, Apple воспользуется основным способом оплаты, который находится вверху списка в Настройках. Вы можете выбрать, какой способ оплаты будет находиться в верхней части списка самостоятельно.
Если с основным способом оплаты будут проблемы, Apple будет поочередно использовать другие способы сверху вниз. Если не получится, Apple повторит попытку и только потом заблокирует вам доступ.
Таким образом я пользовался Apple Music почти месяц. Ни на одной из указанных карт не было денег и Apple настырно старалась списать разными способами.

Как оказалось, есть много людей, кто не знает что такое App Store. Ничего страшного в этом нету, ведь сегодня мы будет разбираться, что это за программа.
Если честно, люди сталкиваются с этим названием только тогда, когда появляется хотя бы один гаджет от Apple. С этого все и начинается.
Постараюсь объяснить все как можно проще и кроме самого объяснения, также рассмотрим и другие вопросы, которые связаны с этим магазином.
Что такое App Store?
Аппстор — это магазин приложений для таких устройств как iPad, iPod, iPad и в принципе все компьютеры и ноутбуки от этой компании. 
Сразу стоит понимать, что для каждого устройства существует одна и та же версия программы, но приложения в ней совершенно разные, хотя и есть много чего общего.
Как не странно, появился этот магазин позже, чем вышел самый первый iPhone. В самой первой версии iOS устанавливать приложения нельзя было.
Буквально в 2008 году появился Эп Стор и дальше устройство обрело совершенно новый смысл. Началась эпоха приложений и игр для смартфонов.
Если рассматривать то, что значит App Store, то тут все достаточно просто. По логике вещей полное название Application Store.
И не стоит путать с Apple Store, ведь это название мест, где можно приобрести любую технику этой компании. Я сам в начале путал и это вполне нормально.
На сегодняшний день есть много чего доступного для загрузки и есть как платные, так и бесплатные игры/приложения. Все поделено по категориям, для более удобного поиска.
Что значит «Встроенные покупки» в App Store?
Весьма часто новые пользователи техники Apple не понимают, что может означать «Встроенные покупки». Объяснить это тоже весьма просто. 
Допустим, вы скачали себе фоторедактор. Вы начали пользоваться им и казалось бы все вроде бесплатно. Но когда вы начали смотреть фильтры, то тут наткнулись на дилемму.
Начали пробовать разные варианты и в определенной момент, нашли варианты, когда написано о том, что нужно заплатить деньги для его использования.
Это и есть встроенные покупки. Тоже самое касается игр, все что можно купить в игре, можно отнести к этому выражению.
App Store на английском — что делать?
Итак, у некоторых пользователей может возникнуть проблема, когда все что есть в Аппстор имеет английский язык. И очень трудно, когда не знаешь его. 
Причиной этого может быть несколько вариантов:
В первом варианте, когда вы делали регистрацию Apple ID, то указали не свою страну, а например Америку. Такое часто делают, чтобы получить доступ к приложениям этой страны.
Чтобы поменять страну, придется создать новый аккаунт. Просто переходим в Настройки — iTunes Store и App Store — нажимаем Apple ID: ваше логин — Посмотреть Apple ID — Вводим пароль — Страна/регион.
Второй вариант более проще и обычно он встречается, когда люди хотят изучать иностранный язык. Я очень детально описывал ранее этот процесс в статье Как поменять язык на iPhone?.
Что означает облако в App Store?
Ну и последнее, про что мы сегодня поговорим — это будет облако в магазине Эп Стор. Многие уже наверно знакомы в общем, что такое облачные хранилища. 
Суть этого выражения в магазине не меняется. Когда вы скачиваете приложение или игру, то после удаления, вы сможете скачать его именно с облака.
Мысль всего этого достаточно простая: очень часто разработчики удаляют свои приложения из магазина, но скачав его хотя бы раз, вы сможете потом загрузить его именно из облака.

So on October 12 I ordered AirPods through the apple online store expecting really good service well NO I ordered them on October 12 and it said they would arrive around oct 20-22 well It took longer than that and I was like ahh it’s probably just late days pass and pass so it’s nov first and I had to do some so I contacted customer service through service wanted to save time and was attended really well but I told him my order was taking longer than what it was originally supposed to be I wasn’t trying to make a big deal he said yea my package got lost and he would REPLACE it for a new pair. I check my order status and it says I have to return air pods in order to get a replacement but wait I never even got my AirPods so I was tired of it and callled customer service and this guy was very RUDE about and said he couldn’t find my billing order so I was really frustrated about that. Later that day I called again because this wasn’t okay anymore so I called and this really nice lady helped me out and omg my billing number was there so she helped me out and today I received my stuff but don’t recommend it’s too much of a problem for a simple object not worth it don’t purchase from here just go to the store. Some guy from customer service was sooo rude l
Worst customer service ever experienced
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would expect more from the amount they are charging for their products.
I recently tried to purchase an iPhone 13 through the online store. I tried my debit card about 5 times and it kept saying the payment failed. I then tried my dad’s credit card to see if it made a difference. Nothing, expect they were able to charge both of our cards for the one phone. I checked and no email with no confirmation number. I called several times the same day. I talked with someone rather helpful, or so I thought and said she found where it charged. She was then to push the charges through. Two days later, I have received nothing and the two cards are still charged. I called and called again. I got transferred about 20 times and got cut off a couple of times. how convenient for them. I was told they couldn’t find the charges. Nothing has been done and I’m still out the money with no phone to show for it. After that ridiculous amount of time wasted on trying to contact them and get some answers, I would rather just buy my phones from a different company. There is no reason for any of this.
